How do I create an account?
From the home page, click the word ‘Login’ in the menu and then ‘Sign Up’.
You will be asked to provide a valid email address, name and password for your account.
Click the ‘Sign Up’ button and your account is created!
How do I log in?
From the home page, click the word ‘Login’ in the menu. A pop up window will appear allowing you to enter your registered email address and password.
Click the ‘Log In’ button and you are ready to shop!
How do I change my account information?
To change your display name, email address, name and password log into your account and select My Account in the menu.
This will open a screen with a side menu. Navigate to the section ‘Account Details’. Make any changes you desire and click the Save button.
I forgot my password
Forgotten your password? No problem. Simply click the word ‘Login’ in the menu and then click on the words ‘Forgot Password’.
You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click ‘Email Reset Link’ and a link will be sent to you for you to reset your password.
Order Help
I am pre-ordering a product. Will my order be sent together?
All items on your order will be sent together once the products arrive from our suppliers. If you are pre-ordering a product, we recommend placing a separate order to avoid delays in dispatch.
I need to change/ cancel my order
To make a change to your order or cancel it before it has dispatched, you will need to contact us directly or via email to customerservice@mangabooks.com.au directly.
Payments
What payment types do you allow?
We accept all major credit cards, Manga Books e-vouchers, Paypal and Afterpay as payment for your order. Select your preferred method in the cart and follow the prompts to apply it to your order.
Returns
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
You may return items to us if you change your mind. However, you will be liable for any postage fees incurred. Items must be unopened and in original condition. A full refund will be issued to you once the item has arrived at our distribution centre.

There is a problem with my order. What is your returns policy?
You are welcome to return defective, damaged or items received in error within 14 days of receipt.
Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately via email to customerservice@mangabooks.com.auwith a description of the problem and accompanying photographs (if possible),
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Delivery Help
What are your shipping fees?
Orders are dispatched for a flat rate of $6.95 Australia-wide through Australia Post e-parcel. Each parcel has a tracking number and can be tracked on the Australia Post website.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
Items in stock at our warehouse usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. If we need to source our item from the publisher directly it may take up to 7 business days.
Pre-ordered items will dispatch as close as possible to the release date.
My order has been dispatched. How long will it take to arrive?
Depending on where our supplier is based, your order will be dispatched through Australia Post or via Couriers Please. Delivery times will vary between metropolitan and regional areas.
Without delays, the usual delivery times to metropolitan areas are as follows:
Standard: 3-7 Days
Express: 1-3 Days

How do I change my delivery address?
If you have not yet ordered, you can change your saved shipping address by logging into the site and selecting ‘My Account’ in the menu.
This will open a screen with a side menu. Navigate to the section ‘Addresses’. Click the word ‘edit’ next to the address you would like to change, enter the new details, and click the ‘Save Address’ button.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details included.
Click on the link in the email to track your order at any time.
