How Do We Send Items?
We send parcels through Australia Post via eParcel. Once an item has been dispatched, it has left our hands and is in the care of Australia Post for delivery.
During peak periods orders may be dispatched via Couriers Please in an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
What is eParcel?
eParcels come with unique barcodes allowing the parcel to be tracked. eParcel follows the same delivery path as standard shipping, but a signature must be obtained. If you are not home, their delivery driver will leave a card to let the customer know which Australia Post retail outlet they can collect their parcel from.
