Dr. stone is set in the far future after a strange event turned every living thing in the world to stone. One day Taiju wakes up and finds himself surrounded by lush overgrown forests and lots of human statues, upon finding a mysterious note carved into a tree Taiju follows the clues and finds that his best friend Senku has been awake and busy for the past few months! Dr Stone is a more fun and relaxing post apocalyptic adventure as Senku and Taiju vow to use the power of science to revive what is left of humanity, all while struggling to survive. But will they be able to figure out what caused the worldwide petrification all those years ago, and who are these other people living in the forest with them?
