Lucy is a girl who has dreams of becoming a celestial wizard and joining a guild, and she has her sights on just the one. The guild known as Fairy Tail is notorious for having some of the most powerful wizards in the land, but also has a reputation of screwing up their missions a lot. One day Lucy runs into a boy called Natsu and his blue cat companion called Happy and, through some hijinks invoking a stolen identity, uncovering a smuggling ring and destroying part of the towns port in the process, Natsu ends up taking Lucy back to the guild of her dreams, Fairy tail. Where she might end up with more then she bargained for. Follow Lucy, Natsu and their companions on missions both crazy and serious and they travel around Fiore.
